La balada.
Minuto 3:40, el puente al primer solo, me encanta. A partir del minuto 7:20 ya es brutal con un sonido estremecedor, decadente, rabioso. Es sobervia de principio a fin.

Hay canciones que llevas escuchando toda tu vida pero solo llegas a entender de verdad con el tiempo. Ahí va una, se que es clara, pero nunca reparé en la letra antes...

El año era el 1993, "You could be mine" seguía sonando con fuerza en Los 40 Principales. Yo con 12 años me compré mi primer CD, Use Your Illusion 2. Guns N' Roses era la banda de Rock más destacada del momento.

Axl Rose, marcando paquete, encabezaba a este polémico grupo. Slash como guitarrista, se convirtió en leyenda con su inconfundible manera de tocar, o sería cosa de esos pelos y el sombrero.

Alcohol, sexo, drogas, y demás historias serán las constantes de su meteórica ascensión al estrellato del rock. Los estadios llenos y la histeria colectiva de sus fans. Pero, como una estrella fugaz que cruza el cielo, rápidamente se disiparon.

Así eran los Guns, letras muy explícitas y una producción magnífica, con tal fuerza que su huella ha quedado impresa en la historia. El Rock estaba en lo más alto gracias a ellos.
